• Participation is open to undergraduate medical students and interns, as specified for each event.
• Participants must provide accurate personal and institutional information during registration.

• Registration is considered complete only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation email.
• Participants are responsible for verifying event details, dates, and categories before registration.
• The organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning reasons.

3. Event Participation

• Participants must carry valid institutional ID cards during offline events.
• Any form of malpractice, impersonation, or unethical behavior will lead to disqualification.
• Event schedules may be changed based on administrative or academic requirements.

4. Payments

• All payments made on www.mmcgenesis.com are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• The website does not store or process card or UPI details directly.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content related to Genesis 2026—including logos, designs, event modules, and website content—is the property of the organizers.
• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. Liability

• The organizers are not responsible for technical issues such as internet failure, payment failure, or server downtime.
• The organizers shall not be liable for loss of belongings or personal injury during offline events, except in cases of proven negligence.
