Workshop slots are allotted strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis and are confirmed only upon successful payment.
If a slot becomes unavailable during the checkout process, you may:
• Attempt registration again if additional slots are added.
• Register for a different workshop of your choice.
No. Workshop selections cannot be changed once registration is completed. Participants are advised to review all details carefully before confirming their choices.
Payment confirmation may take a short time to update.
Please review your My Orders section after a few minutes.
If the status remains unchanged, kindly contact the GENESIS support team and share your transaction reference number along with a screenshot so we can verify the payment.
No. All registrations are non-refundable as workshop and event capacities are planned in advance.
On-spot registration will not be available for workshops.
However, junior and senior quizzes may offer limited on-spot registration, subject to the availability of slots at the venue.
No. A single registration per team is sufficient.
After verification, a form will be sent to collect the details of all team members.
Yes, provided the event timings do not overlap.
Please review the schedule carefully.
Cross-college teams are not allowed for any event except the Hackathon.
The Hackathon permits teams consisting of students from both medical and engineering colleges.
Yes. All events, including newly introduced ones, will have detailed explanation of the rules in GENESIS'26 main brochure.
Yes. All delegates will receive certificates for the workshops or competitions they participate in.
Event winners will receive merit certificates in addition to participation certificates.
Yes. Each academic event will have its own abstract format and submission guidelines, which is shared in the event brochures.
No. Resubmission or modification is not permitted once the abstract has been submitted.
Participants are advised to review their document carefully before uploading.
All information regarding accommodation options and allocation will be communicated in the accommodation form that will be released prior to the event.
Lunch will be provided for all full-day workshops and for participants of the quiz events.
For half-day workshops and all other events, meals will not be provided. Participants may avail the pay-and-eat facility.
Details regarding meal preferences and payments for the pay-and-eat option will be collected later through a Google Form that will be shared before the event.
Details about the meal options, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, will be communicated in the food registration form released prior to the event.
These will be issued at the registration desk when you arrive for GENESIS’26
