Cancellation & Refund Policy Last Updated: December 2025

1. General Cancellation Rules

● All registrations for Genesis 2026 are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated for specific events.

● Participants are requested to double-check event categories before payment.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizers If an event is cancelled due to administrative, technical, or unavoidable reasons:

● Participants will be notified via email or website announcement.

● Refunds (full/partial) will be processed only if the organizers announce eligibility, based on the event type.

3. Participant-Requested Cancellation

● No refunds will be provided for: ○ Mistaken registration ○ Change of plans ○ Failure to participate ○ Technical issues from the participant’s side

4. Technical Payment Failures In case of double payment or failed payment:

● Participants must send proof of transaction to genesis26official@gmail.com

● After verification, refunds for duplicate/failed transactions will be processed within 7–14 working days.

5. Modification of Events If event dates or schedules are changed:

● Registrations will be automatically carried forward.

● Refunds will not be issued unless the event is fully cancelled.
