- This Registration Policy governs the process of registering for Genesis 2026, an academic event organized by Dean MMC, through the official website www.mmcgenesis.com.
By registering for any event, competition, or activity under Genesis 2026, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Registration:
- Registration is open to participants as specified under each event category (e.g., undergraduate students, postgraduate students, interns, healthcare professionals).
- Participants must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned for the selected event.
- The organizers reserve the right to verify eligibility at any stage and may cancel registrations found to be ineligible.
2. Registration Process:
- Registrations must be completed online through www.mmcgenesis.com only.
- Participants are required to:
- Create a user profile (if applicable)
- Select the desired event(s)
- Provide accurate personal and institutional details
- Complete payment successfully
- Registration is considered valid only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Accuracy of Information
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
- Incorrect or misleading details (name, email, phone number, institution, etc.) may result in:
- Disqualification
- Denial of participation
- Issues in certificate generation
- The organizers will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect data submitted by participants.
4. Individual and Team Registrations:
- Some events may allow individual participation, while others may require team registration.
For team events:
- Details of all team members must be provided during registration.
- Team composition rules (minimum/maximum members) must be strictly followed.
- Any change in team composition after registration may not be permitted unless explicitly allowed by the organizers.
5. Registration Deadlines:
- Each event will have a specific registration deadline, which will be displayed on the website.
- Late registrations may not be accepted.
- The organizers reserve the right to close registrations early if the maximum participant limit is reached.
6. Confirmation & Communication
Upon successful registration, participants may receive:
- On-screen confirmation
- Email confirmation (subject to correct email entry)
- All official communication regarding the event will be sent to the registered email ID or posted on the website.
- Participants are responsible for regularly checking their email (including spam/junk folders) and the website for updates.
7. Modification or Cancellation of Registration
- Once registered, registrations are generally non-modifiable and non-transferable.
- Requests for changes (if any) will be considered only at the discretion of the organizers and are not guaranteed.
- Cancellation and refund-related matters are governed strictly by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

- Failure to produce a valid ID may result in denial of entry without refund.
10. Organizer’s Rights
- The organizers reserve the right to:
- Verify participant details
- Modify event schedules or formats
- Limit or refuse participation
- Cancel registrations in case of rule violations or administrative reasons
- Such decisions will be final and binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The organizers shall not be responsible for:
- Personal loss or damage
- Technical issues during registration
- Errors caused by incorrect participant information
- Participation in Genesis 2026 is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

- Continued registration or participation implies acceptance of the revised policy.
