By making a payment on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Methods We may accept one or more of the following online payment methods (as enabled on the website/payment gateway): ● UPI ● Debit cards / Credit cards ● Net banking ● Wallets (if supported by payment gateway) All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. The specific available methods will be shown at the time of checkout.
2. Currency
● All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
● Any bank charges, currency conversion charges, or payment gateway charges (if applicable) are borne by the participant.
3. Registration Fees
● Event and registration fee details will be clearly mentioned on the website for each category, competition, or module.
● By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable fees.
4. Confirmation of Payment
● Upon successful payment, participants will receive: ○ On-screen confirmation, and/or ○ An email confirmation to the registered email ID (subject to correct email entry and network conditions).
● If you do not receive a confirmation email within a reasonable time, you are requested to contact us with payment details.
5. Failed / Pending / Double Payments In case of:
a) Failed or Pending Transaction If the amount is debited from your bank account/card/UPI but the website does not show confirmation:
● Please wait for a short duration to see if the status updates automatically.
● If not updated, contact your bank/payment provider first.
● Then, email us at genesis26official@gmail.com with: ○ Your name ○ Registered email ID ○ Event name ○ Transaction ID / screenshot of payment ○ Date and approximate time of payment After verification with the payment gateway, we will update your registration status or advise on further steps.
b) Double Payment / Duplicate Transaction If you have accidentally made a double payment for the same registration:
● Email us at genesis26official@gmail.com with all relevant transaction details.
● Verified duplicate payments will be refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy, typically within 7–14 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway timelines.
6. Non-Refundable Nature of Fees
● All registration fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, as stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, except: ○ In cases of verified duplicate/failed transactions, or ○ If an event is cancelled by the organizers and a refund is specifically announced.
● No refunds will be provided for: ○ Change of mind ○ Inability to attend ○ Technical issues on the participant’s side ○ Incorrect selection of category/slot by the participant Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy page for detailed terms.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes ● In case of any dispute regarding payment: ○ Participants are requested to first contact us at genesis26official@gmail.com with full details. ○ We will review and respond with clarification and possible resolution.
● Initiating unwarranted chargebacks without first contacting the organizers may lead to: ○ Cancellation of registration, and/or ○ Disqualification from participation in Genesis 2026.
8. Security of Payment Information
● We do not collect or store your: ○ Card numbers ○ CVV ○ UPI PIN ○ Net banking passwords
● All such sensitive details are handled directly by the secure third-party payment gateway, as per their security standards. For more details, please refer to our Data Security Policy and Privacy Policy.
9. Technical Issues During Payment The organizers are not responsible for:
● Internet connectivity issues at the user's end
● Browser or device incompatibility
● Session timeouts or page crashes caused by local system issues
- Participants are advised to ensure: ● Stable internet connection ● Not to refresh or close the browser during payment processing
10. Changes to This Payment Policy We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect:
● Changes in payment gateway
● Regulatory changes
