🎓 Eligibility:

✦ UG students (1st year to CRRIs) are eligible

👥 Team Format :

✦ Teams must have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 members

✦ Members may include speakers, researchers, and techies

✦ Maximum speakers allowed: 6

📚 Subjects :

✦ General Surgery

✦ General Medicine

✦ Obstetrics and Gynaecology

✦ Paediatrics

✦ Biochemistry

📝 Registration :

✦ A team may submit for more than one subject

✦ Only one submission per subject is allowed

✦ Violation will lead to disqualification

⏱️ Duration :

✦ Symposium: 15 minutes

✦ Q&A: 5 minutes

✦ Total duration: 20 minutes per team (excluding arrangement time)

📄 Abstract Submission :

✦ Abstracts must be submitted on or before 17th January 2026

✦ 4 teams per subject will be selected for the final offline presentation

✦Abstract submission is available after creating a profile on the website. Payment can be done later. Evaluation will be carried out only for abstracts with successful payment.

✦ Subject of choice

✦ Title of presentation

✦ Objectives of presentation

✦ List of subtopics covered

✦ Summary of presentation (maximum 700 words)

✦ Resources and references

✦ Additional tools (demos / models / aids, if any)

✦ Do NOT include names, emails, phone numbers, or any identifying details

✦ Rename the file as SUBJECT_TITLE.pdf

(Example: GENERAL_MEDICINE_TOPIC.pdf)

✦ Word limit: 700 (summary section)

✦ Font: Times New Roman

✦ Font size: 12

✦ Line spacing: 1.5
