Day 4

✦Eligibility: MBBS UG students (1st year to final year and CRMIs)

✦Registration:

Team of 2 or Lone wolfs are also welcome with due acknowledgements to co-authors.

Registrations should be done in the website and abstracts must be submitted in the website before 17th January, 2026.

The study must be on-going or should have been published within the last year. Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis will also be accepted. If on-going, results should be ready before the main event.

The ethical committee approval certificate must be submitted along with the abstract.

The study must be within the scope of health care.

The study should not contain any unethical procedures.

All the entries will be subjected to plagiarism checks and would be disqualified if found so.

The abstract should not contain any personal identifiers of the candidate such as Name, college name, batch, etc

✦Abstract submission:

Abstract submission is available after creating a profile on the website. Payment can be done later. Evaluation will be carried out only for abstracts with successful payment.

The ethical committee approval certificate must be submitted along with the abstract.

Submit the abstract as pdf/word document ( <10mb). Also, submit an Ethics Committee approval letter as pdf (<10mb) as a separate file.

RESEARCH ORAL PRESENTATION

✦Abstract outline:

1. Title
2. Introduction/background
3. Aims and objectives
4. Materials and methods
5. Results
6. Conclusion

✦Abstract specifics:

1. Word Limit: 1500 words

2. Font: Times New Roman

3. Font size: 12

4. The abstracts should be renamed as: " Name of the student_year of study_college name"

RESEARCH POSTER PRESENTATION 

- Same guidelines for abstract as that of oral presentation apply for poster presentation.

- 10 best abstracts will be selected for poster presentation.

- All those who have been shortlisted for poster presentation can bring their posters on the final day that would be displayed and further details about the finals will be intimated.

The posters would be selected based on:

- Core content 

- Innovation 

- Creativity of the presentation.

The poster should not contain any personal information or other unethical content. If found so, it would be rejected.

In case of any tie/dispute, the judges’ decision would be final.
