🎓 Eligibility :

✦ 2nd year to final year MBBS students and CRRI are eligible

👥 Team Format :

✦ Maximum 2 members per team

✦ Lone wolves are welcome

✦ Cross-college teams are not allowed

📝 Registration :

✦ Registration and abstract submission should be done through the website

✦ Multiple entries in the same subject are not allowed

✦ Participants may submit abstracts for more than one subject

✦ If violated, the submission will be removed

🎤 Oral Presentation

📄 Abstract Submission :

✦ Abstract submission should be done through the website in PDF format (size < 10 MB)

✦ Rename the file as NAME_SUBJECT.pdf (e.g., NAME_GENERAL_MEDICINE.pdf)

✦ Personal information revealing identity should not be included in the abstract

✦ Abstracts must be submitted on or before 17th January 2026

✦Abstract submission is available after creating a profile on the website. Payment can be done later. Evaluation will be carried out only for abstracts with successful payment.

🏥 Mandatory Document :

✦ A letter from the Head of the Department certifying that the case is from a true patient in their hospital must be uploaded separately

✦ Plagiarism or malpractice of any form is strictly prohibited and will lead to rejection

📊 Finals – PowerPoint Presentation Rules :

✦ Maximum number of slides: 25

✦ Duration of presentation: 8 minutes

✦ Discussion: 3–5 minutes

🖼️ Poster Presentation

📄 Abstract Rules :

✦ Same as Oral Case Presentation. Submit the abstract as typed words in pdf/word format.

✦ Selected participants will present their poster at Madras Medical College on 14th February 2026.

🖌️ Poster Submission Rules :

✦ Dimensions: 2 feet (height) × 3 feet (width)

✦ Poster must include: History, Examination findings, Provisional / Differential diagnosis, Investigations, Management

✦ Posters should not contain personal information or unethical content

✦ Violations will result in rejection
